Jeunesse Global is founded by Randy Ray and Wendy Lewis on 9th September 2009 in Spring Almonte, Florida, United State. This married couple has 20 years of experience in building back office system for big corporation, banks and investment company. Back Office system is basically a system for any business to maximize efficiency and accuracy while lowering labour cost. This system normally handle all the accounting, logistic, business record, reports, and etc etc for any companies. In Juenesse Global, our founder is also using the same system for their distributor of manage their global business. Jeunesse Global is the only network marketing company that used this system in MLM business.

In Jeunesse Global, we only focused on one aspect which is Reverse Anti-Aging. In our product there are some which is consumable and some un-consumable. The Business

To make money in Juenesse, you can't work alone. You will never make a long passive income if your team is not active. If you want to make big massive income, i would advice you to recruit more business oriented person than recruiting a User. 

In Juenesse you can earn money is 6 different way

a) Linear Income which is Retail Sales and New Customer Acquisition Bonus. Linear Income is the income you get when you sell something. Which mean you only get once. For example, retail sales mean you buy whole sale price from company as a distributor and sell it off at retail price. Your profit is just the margin of the different which is not a lot. New Customer Acquisition Bonus on the other hand is the income you get from signing up a new distributor which will range from USD25 to USD250 depending on which package your prospect wants.

b) Passive income is the income you get from team effort.
i) Team Commission. In this stream, you get money from point, CV. Every product and every package have different CV. All the CV will be accumulate for every purchase your team made. For every 1cycle you made which is 300CV(RIGHT SIDE) and 600CV(LEFT SIDE) or the other way round 600CV(RIGHT SIDE) and 300CV(LEFT SIDE) you will get USD35. 

For example if you get 10cycle per week then then in 1 month you will easily get USD1400/month (RM4270)

(10cycle X USD35)= USD350/per week X 4 week = USD1400)

Our Company exchange rate is fixed 3.05.

ii) Leadership Matching Bonus

This income stream is depends on which ranking you achieve. This higher your rank the more level you can override. For example, if you are on Jade Executive you can override all the sales on level 1. Pearl executive you can override all sales on level 2 and so on. Different level have different percentage you can override. 

Level 1 Jade -20%

Level 2 Pearl - 15%

Level 3 Saphire -10%

Level 4 Ruby - 5%

Level 5 Emerald - 5%

Level 6 Diamond - 5%

Level 7 Double Diamond - 5%

For example, if you are on Sapphire Exec. I can override all the sales on my level 1,2 and 3. Let say all Level 1 team member made a USD2000 profit/week, Level 2 USD1000 profit/week and Level 3 USD500 profit/week. So i can earn USD600/week just by overriding the total sales.
20% X USD2000 = USD400
15% X USD1000 = USD150

10% X USD500 = USD50

Let say if you are doing very good here and manage to climb to Diamond rank, the you can earn this income stream. Every 3 months, the company will take out 3% of the company profit and divide equally to all Diamond Director. For example the the company take out 3% of the total profit of USD5,000,000 which is USD150,000. Let say there is 10 diamond director in the whole world then the USD150,000 will be divide equally among the 10 of them which is USD15,000 each.

c)Company Incentive Travel
Every so often, the company will give out company trip  to the distributor who work hard and successfully accumulate enough travel point.
